The Best of Weddings 2018 {Highlights}
It’s that time of year when everyone starts sharing their “Best of Weddings” blog posts! Looking through thousands of images was seriously daunting. But in the process, I got to relive each one of these amazing wedding days, image by image, choosing my favorites from 2018!
This year, we were lucky enough to shoot with some of our favorite vendors again, as well as gain new relationships with vendors we haven’t worked with before! We met so many amazing people through our brides and grooms, and we even had the honor of being re-invited to celebrate with our past couples on their siblings wedding days! I will never ever ever get tired that!
This year brought us to so many new and cities and even brought me to a brand new state for a very special memorial photo session! And next year will take us even farther (hint, hint… we’re going to Maine and will be visiting one of our past couples)! Every wedding is extremely special to us, but we have such a soft spot for traveling that we can’t help but mention our destination weddings from 2018! We were lucky enough to be the chosen ones to photograph Lauren & Cody’s Colorado Wedding and Sarah & Chris’ Georgia Wedding!
As far as our personal lives go, Tanner and I discovered a new passion for skydiving! Oh yes. We’re pretty serious about jumping out of planes! We also celebrated our kitties 6th birthday’s this year (it’s a big deal). We traveled together for the first time and booked our first personal photo session in Colorado! It was super weird to be in front of the camera instead of behind it! And we finally made our first big purchase together after living together for 4 years! Drum roll please… a fancy mattress! Haha That’s how you know you’re getting old.
Our year was filled with many amazing moments and experiences! We are pretty sad to say goodbye to 2018, but we can’t wait to see what 2019 has in store for us AND our amazing Bailey Elle Brides & Grooms! We hope everyone had the best Christmas EVER (we definitely did) and we hope you have the most exciting New Year’s yet! See you in 2019!
