Ashley & Ben’s Indianapolis LDS Temple Wedding was SO beautiful! These two were totally blessed on their wedding day! What was supposed to be a very rainy wedding day, turned into the perfect weather right when portraits began! The afternoon rain did cause us to shift their schedule around quite a bit. But these two are so laid back that it didn’t stress them out one bit! And we love these two for their relaxed personalities!

And I’m sure you can imagine just by their cover image, I was in photographer HEAVEN during the portrait time of their Indianapolis LDS Temple Wedding! The grounds at this sacred location are completely beautiful, with plant life thriving everywhere! Ashley & Ben’s engagement session was one of my favorites from this year, so I knew they would be just as stunning and cuddly on their wedding day! Except this time, they looked like complete royalty!

Because of our shifted schedule, the wedding party got to take a long break before it was their time to shine and headed across the street to grab themselves some milkshakes! When they arrived back, they were ready to rock and roll! And guys, I don’t think I’ve ever gotten this perfect of cooperation from a wedding party before! It was a total dream for me. The light, the colors, the LDS Temple in the background, AND complete cooperation?! What more could a photographer ask for!

Speaking of, when we arrived to the brand new Ritz Charles Conner Prairie venue, we were greeted with even more stunning locations and details!! I couldn’t believe how perfect this wedding day had turned out to be, and it only got better as the reception went on! Ashley & Ben were welcomed into their reception with a song sang by her sister and it was so beautiful that I was nearly in tears! And then a few minutes later I was laughing my butt off at everyone’s toasts! Oh, and you guys! Mormon’s may not drink, but they sure know how to party! EVERYONE. And I mean EVERYONE was on the dance floor that night. It was so magical to see every single person having such a fun time at the wedding!
