McKenzie & Matthew‘s Parish House on Union Wedding was one of my favorites from the entire year! It was a calm, sunny day in Delphi, Indiana when Kenzie & Matthew began getting ready. Once she was in her stunning, classic white dress, we started the festivities with an emotional daddy/daughter first look. I love that Kenzie chose to include both of her dads as well as her siblings in this moment. It just goes to show that you don’t have to have all aspects of the day be completely traditional.

While we’re on the subject of doing whatever you please on your special day, Kenzie & Matthew wanted their family and friends to share their private vow reading with them before the ceremony. Spending that extra time with your loved ones, and including them in such an intimate moment, really makes your day extra special. These two got to experience both personal vows in private, and traditional vows during their ceremony! I love that their Summer Parish House on Union Wedding was so personal to them! I hope everyone takes notes and feels comfortable doing what THEY want and not necessarily what tradition says you should do.
