It’s SWHoop Time! SWHoop is a South West Hooping conference held in Bristol, UK, each year. Unfortunately, it seems like 2015 will be the last year for this wonderful gathering! Luckily, I’m here now, experience the beautiful city of Bristol with hundreds of like minder flow artists! Oh and did I mention there is an all you can eat raw chocolate buffet, all day, every day! A-mazing.
I was invited to photograph Emma Kenna’s SWHoop during my stay in Bali. How could I refuse?! It’s just another chance for me to experience the world through hoop dance and photography!
I’ve been offering flow sessions wherever I go, and Bristol is no different! This is Debby. She’s been hooping for 5 years and she. is. outstanding. Two days before the conference, we trekked up to St. Werburghs for her lovely sunset, hill top session! She even had quite a large audience! This hill top is where all the cool kids go to watch the sun set behind the city and I can certainly understand why! As soon as the last light disappeared behind the horizon, we broke out the fire props! Mmmmm. Fire spinning. The most warrior element of them all.
