It’s that time of year when everyone starts sharing their “Best of Weddings” blog posts! Every single year I think about putting one together. And every single year it just seems like such a huge task. So every single year, I put it off until it’s the last day of the year… and by then I’ve run out of time. But THIS YEAR! This year I was going to do it! I was not going to let my last task of the year defeat me!

Looking through literally tens of thousands of images was seriously daunting. But in the process, I got to relive each one of these amazing wedding days and engagement sessions, image by image, choosing my absolute favorites from 2017! It started out daunting, but turned into something that I couldn’t believe I wasn’t doing each and every year!

Tanner and I got to shoot at some the most AMAZING venues this year, most of which were brand new to us! We were lucky enough to photograph at the The Ritz Charles (a natural light photographers dream!), the drop-dead gorgeous Lindley Farmstead, and the incredibly unique 1913 Heartland Barn! The list could go on forever! This year brought us to so many new venues and cities, and even a new state, and next year will take us even farther (hint, hint… we’re going to Colorado AND Georgia)!  We are so grateful to have worked with such talented, skilled, and professional vendor teams throughout this year as well! So seriously brides, if you see something you like on our blog, we are HAPPY to give you that vendors information! Just say the word! 😉

Our year was filled with the happiest, most genuine brides & grooms we’ve had the pleasure of working with! We are pretty sad to say goodbye to 2017, but we can’t wait to see what 2018 has in store for us AND our amazing Bailey Elle Brides & Grooms! We hope everyone had the best Christmas EVER (we definitely did) and we hope you have the most exciting New Year’s yet! See you in 2018!
