For Victoria & Cody’s Loft at Walnut Hill Farm Wedding, they really want something laid back and not to fancy, and overall just a comfortable, fun day in a beautiful location. And I’d say they got just that and more!

Their Loft at Walnut Hill Farm Wedding started out with some heavy down pours and we really weren’t sure if it was going to lighten up. But right as bridal prep was ending, the clouds parted, the rain stopped for good, and we got the most beautiful sunshine ever! Next up on the schedule would typically be the first look with her groom, but Victoria is not the type of person who welcomes being the center of attention, so she planned something special (and completely hilarious) planned for Cody beforehand to lighten the mood. Cue Trevor, the most handsome bride in all the land.

Trevor is one of Cody’s best friends, but by the time they became so close, Cody & Victoria had planned most of the wedding, including all the details surrounding the wedding party. Womp womp. But Trevor was definitely not left out. He got all dolled up in a white dress & veil. Cody had no idea what was in store for him. We got the first look set up and we told Cody that Victoria would be right out. And OMG he was NERVOUS! Just a few moments later Cody felt the tap on his shoulder and when he turned around, all you could hear was an intense uproar of laughter! All of the groomsmen, parents, bridesmaids, and Victoria were watching from the other side of the house! Cody was basically on the ground laughing at the sight of his best GUY friend dressed up as a bride. It was definitely one of the funniest moments of my career!! And I’d say it definitely lightened the mood!

The rest of their day was filled with amazing laughter! Like, a lot of laughter! It was such an incredible, relaxed day! It was just what we needed: a fun, laid back couple, with a hilarious wedding party, and a sunny day! We couldn’t be happier with how their day panned out! Victoria & Cody, we think you two are super cool, super funny, and super perfect for each other! Thank you so much for inviting us into your wedding day! We loved every second of it!
