Oh, where do I begin with these two?! From the moment I met with Ashleigh for coffee one year ago to talk about her & Josh’s Romantic Bel Air Wedding, I knew their big day would be the perfect way to kick off our autumn wedding season — and it was! Ashleigh is a senior portrait photographer in Kokomo, so you know when another photographer contacts you, that she means business! I will never get tired of saying how much of an honor it is to be apart of another photographer’s special day!

During our meeting, our summer engagement session, and every single photo I’ve ever seen of her, she always has a big, bright smile on her face. And her wedding day was no different! Despite a rainy forecast in the week leading up to the big day, she was joyful and optimistic (two of her hallmarks). Now, we didn’t get rain on their wedding day, but we did get tons and tons of wind! So much that her dress was catching like a kite all day! But, we knew that Josh would be there to catch her if she started to fly away.

Ashleigh & Josh’s wedding could not have been more elegant! With their classic black color scheme, candle lit ceremony, and the most beautifully in love couple, their wedding was timeless beyond definition! There wasn’t a moment that passed when either of them weren’t smiling at each other, or when either of them weren’t communicating their love through those adorable across the room gazes. Throughout their wedding, we got to know their friends and family SUPER well! Because as it turns out, they are very open and expressive people! And even though Josh is a little on the quiet side, he couldn’t help but light up seeing his beautiful bride.

Ashleigh and Josh, we love you both so much. Thank you for being something we’ve looked forward to for months and months. Your romantic Bel Air wedding was everything we’d hoped for… and more. We’ve had the best time getting to know you, and we know this won’t be the last time we see you two! You’re both such incredible people and you’ve got an AMAZING future ahead of you!
