We’ve been planning Jackie & Cory’s Bishop Woods Winter Engagement Session for months! We kept waiting and waiting for the perfect snowfall, but unfortunately life kept getting in the way and we couldn’t get their session scheduled. Finally it snowed! We were thrilled! We scheduled their session for the day after, but alas… Indiana’s weather kicked our butts again. It was 60 degrees and sunny for their engagement session (but hey, no complaints here!). Jackie was a bit worried that all the snow would be melted by the time we started shooting, but luckily, we had just an itty bit of snow left! And I think that made their session much more unique! Beautiful sunshine with patches of snow here and there… how cute!

We headed out to the woods right outside their home and got to work. Cory also mentioned quite a few times how much he doesn’t like having his picture taken, so I was a little worried that he wouldn’t like ME by the end of their session! But he did SUCH a great job! He was a natural on camera! No matter how much he might tell you he doesn’t like pictures, I think he secretly does! Jackie and Cory’s Wea Creek Orchard Wedding is in April this year, so now we have our fingers crossed for white blooms instead of white snow!
