When I got the message from Ashley and Samuel about an Indianapolis end of life pet session for their beloved Henry, I knew right away how important this session would be. Ashley and Samuel are true animal lovers. They have spent years fostering pets in need and adopting them into their forever family, creating a home full of love and care for animals. At the time of our session, they had five fur babies, but sadly, Henry, one of their cherished kitties, didn’t have much time left. Along with Henry, two of their other kitties were aging, and even one of their pups was starting to decline. Knowing how deeply they care for their pets, I felt honored to help capture this precious time.

Their Indianapolis end of life pet session was filled with heartwarming moments. Ashley and Samuel showered their fur babies with endless cuddles, gentle pets, and lots of tasty treats. Each pet, in return, looked at them with such love and trust—it was clear just how strong their bond was. Henry, despite his health struggles, was calm and content, surrounded by the family who loved him so much. These were the kinds of memories Ashley and Samuel wanted to hold onto forever, and I was grateful to help them preserve that love in photos. Moments like these remind us just how deeply pets become part of our lives and hearts.

For me, this session hit close to home. With two senior cats of my own, I know how difficult it is to watch a beloved pet’s health decline. Ashley and Samuel’s love for their pets was inspiring, and it was obvious that every single one of their animals felt that love, too. Being able to capture their connection and create lasting memories was a truly meaningful experience. These are the kinds of photos that will be treasured for years to come, reminding Ashley and Samuel of the love and joy their fur babies brought them.
