I’m so excited to share Kiley & CJ’s Lakeside Sunrise Engagement Session today! It’s not often that I’m willing to wake up so early, but I’d do it again and again for these two!

A few years back, Kiley and her family hired me to photograph her grandpa’s 80th birthday party! She was one of my first clients ever! Can you believe it?! Haha I’m so grateful for her endless support! Kiley moved to Iowa after high school, so rarely does she make the 7 hour drive back to Indiana. But this weekend, she brought her boyfriend, CJ, home to meet the family! After meeting CJ myself, I’m sure Kiley’s parents are head over heals with him as well! And the morning after their long drive home, they had a super early start for their sunrise portrait session!

We met at Fairfield Lakes at the crack of dawn. Normally when I have sessions at this location, it’s at sunset and it’s filled with fisherman. But on the morning of their session, there wasn’t a soul around. It was so amazingly peaceful! Kiley & CJ got to enjoy a fun, relaxing session on their first day back in Indiana. They’ll be headed back to Iowa soon, so please wish them safe travels!! Thank you SO much for support Kiley! You and CJ are wonderful for each other and I can’t wait to see your relationship bloom like these gorgeous spring trees!
